I can't thank Seltzer Restoration and his crew enough! My guest bathroom overflows almost monthly and I just clean up the small amount of water and think nothing of it. This last time was really bad, I couldn't tackle it alone so I reached out to Seltzer Restoration Solutions. They arrived surprisingly quick and the inspection was free. They got to work immediately after my approval and shortly into work they made me aware of signs of mold and possible mold growth in my bathroom walls. With my go ahead they opened up a section of drywall near the toilet and it was covered in mold. I had no idea I was living with mold in my home. Seltzer and his team got my home back to livable conditions and I couldn't be happier with him and his team. 10/10 very professional, compassionate and knew their stuff. They will be handling all my water restoration needs from now on.

This company is great!!!! I had water damage couple months ago and my landlord got these "contractors" to do the job. And let me tell you they didnt put up a containment, used a heater as a deuhumidifer, and left my house dusty. Seltzer restoration did the complete opposite. Britton and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. One thing that bothered me was his crew was late 15 minutes. But their quality of work made up for it.
